Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Scope of This Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all services offered by glamourzoxi, including professional training courses on video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of high-quality media feeds for news and broadcasting. It covers bookings for both in-person and remote courses as well as related support packages. The policy explains how payments are handled, when contracts are formed and the circumstances under which cancellations or refunds may be granted. It applies to customers located in the United Kingdom and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include value added tax at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Course fees cover tuition, course materials and standard access to online resources. Additional charges may apply for optional extras such as extended certification, printed workbooks or specialised equipment hire. These extras are itemised at the point of booking. glamourzoxi reserves the right to adjust prices for future bookings; existing confirmed bookings remain at the price agreed at the time of contract formation.

Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and approved digital wallets. All card payments are processed through secure third-party gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards. Payment is authorised at the time of booking. For bank transfers, funds must clear before course access is granted. glamourzoxi does not store card details. Any payment security queries should be directed to [email protected].

Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when we send written confirmation of your booking after receipt of full payment or a valid purchase order. Confirmation is sent by email to the address supplied at booking. Until confirmation is received, no contract exists and any provisional reservation may be cancelled without liability. Course places are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Cancellation Rights and Applicable Periods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of contract formation during which you may cancel without giving a reason. For digital or online course content that begins immediately, this right is lost once delivery starts. Cancellations outside the cooling-off period are subject to the terms below. To cancel, contact us in writing using the details at the end of this policy.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are available for cancellations made within the 14-day cooling-off period provided no course materials have been accessed. No refunds are given for cancellations made after the cooling-off period or after the course start date. Non-refundable items include bespoke course customisations, certification fees already processed and any promotional discounts applied. Services already delivered are excluded from refund.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your full name, booking reference, course title and reason for cancellation. Include bank details for the refund if different from the original payment method. We acknowledge receipt within two working days. Requests must be made in writing; telephone requests are not accepted.

Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification

Each refund request is reviewed within ten working days. We assess eligibility against the terms of this policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You will be notified by email of approval or rejection together with the reasoning. If rejected, you may provide further information for reconsideration within seven days.

Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take up to five additional working days to appear depending on your bank. Credit card refunds appear on your statement within one or two billing cycles. glamourzoxi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions and Promotional Offers

Digital course modules are non-refundable once streaming or download has commenced. Subscription-based access renews automatically unless cancelled at least seven days before the renewal date. Promotional offers are non-transferable and refunds are calculated on the price actually paid, not the full listed price. Free or heavily discounted add-ons are not eligible for separate refunds.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud

If a payment fails, we will notify you and suspend access until cleared funds are received. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically within five working days. Chargebacks are treated as cancellations and may result in course access being revoked. Suspected fraudulent activity leads to immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities. Customers are responsible for notifying their card issuer of any disputed transactions.

Mandatory Consumer Rights That Cannot Be Excluded

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or UK data protection law including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force. You may also have rights under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 regarding faulty payments.
